Before your call, you’ll fill out a short intake form sharing your flavor preferences and intentions—whether that’s energy and focus, calm and grounding, or simple everyday pleasure. Meagan will design a few blend ideas, confirm your ingredients, and then prepare your teas.
During your session, you’ll explore both blends in a guided tasting, learning how to brew, savor, and incorporate each into your tea ritual.
